Latest news Annual suspension of payments and switches
Payments and investment strategy changes will be suspended between Friday 28 March and Friday 4 April 2025. This suspension is necessary for us to calculate tax for individual members to the end of March which is part of our responsibilities as a portfolio investment entity.
Please plan ahead. If we receive your benefit payment application or change of investment form after 4.00pm Thursday 27 March, it will not be processed until at least Monday 7 April. We always receive a high volume of in-service withdrawal requests at the beginning of April. We will start processing these from Monday 7 April, however, you should plan for a delay of up to two weeks from that date.
Requests will be processed using the latest available unit prices that apply on the date they are processed (not the date we receive your application). We will process requests as quickly as possible, but depending on the volume of transactions, it may take some time before normal processing times resume.
